The Gurukripa Seva Ashram Trust was set up in the year 2000 by a team of dedicated social workers from Pune City. 

Gurukripa Elders Home caters to the rising need of elderly people having to live away from their immediate families due to various constraints. 

Therefore recognizing this need and observing the structure of society, as well as recognizing the need for senior citizens to live independently and in an atmosphere conducive to their minds and requirements.
